Pee is just not pee. The color means a lot.
Clear To Transparent Yellow
These are the normal colors of pee. If your pee is completely clear, you may be drinking too much water, but pale straw or transparent yellow are perfect.
Dark Yellow To Syrup Or Brown Ale
Dark yellow is on the normal scale, but you may need some water soon, while the other end of the spectrum is the syrup or brown ale color which could idicate severe dehydration or liver disease
Pink Reddish To Blue Green
Pink reddish pee could mean you have flood in our urine, while orange could indicate liver problems, and blue/green could be anything from food dye to medication.
Purple To Foaming Or Fizzing
You should never have purple pee, but foaming or fizzing pee could mean you have excess protein in your diet, or may indicate a kidney problem.
Your diet, medication, and medical treatments may influence the color of your pee. Keep track of your pee and make note of change, and see your doctor if you are outside the norm for any length of time.
Water is life and almost 3/4 of us is made up of water. So keep drinking water and keep hyrated.
